To continuously optimize the user experience, there will be maintenance and upgrades to the batch cancel instances for Free Games Plus within the K2 API and Backoffice, along with corresponding adjustments, during the time specified below.

*The K2 APIs and Backoffice functions listed below will undergo maintenance during this time.
K2 Single Wallet API/ Common Wallet API
1. Close Free Game Offer (PATCH /agents/{agentCode}/offers/{offerGuid}/close)
New Required Request Added: The API requires the user to set the "cancelAwardedInstances" parameter (true/false) to determine whether to cancel free game offers that have already been awarded to players. 2. Get Batch List (GET /agents/{agentCode}/batches)
Parameter/Status Name Changes:
InProgress will be updated to: Assigning
Completed will be updated to: Assigned
New Statuses Added: Cancelling and Cancelled
Please note: The response of this API will include a new cancellation summary (Please refer to the Dev Portal for details).
3. Get Batch Details (GET /agents/{agentCode}/batches/{batchGuid})
New Returned Property Added: "isPartiallyConsumed" (=True indicates partial consumption by the player, meaning that partially consumed free game offers cannot be cancelled) 4. Get Specific Player's Free Game Offers (GET /agents/{agentCode}/players/{playerId}/freeGameOffers)
5. Get Player List for Free Game Offer (GET /agents/{agentCode}/offers/{offerGuid}/players)
New Returned Parameters Added: "Cancelling" and "CancelFailed" Single Wallet and Common Wallet Backoffice > Free Games 1. Offer List> Actions> Close Offer
When the user clicks "Close Offer," the prompt message displayed in the pop-up window will differ based on the BackOffice permissions (With "cancel instances" permission or not) 2. Batch Jobs
New tab added "Cancelled" showing the cancellation job list
Users can select single or multiple checkboxes within the Batch Jobs list to perform a cancellation
Please refer to the Backoffice manual for the "Cancelled" tab's details 3. Tools> Players Management> Player Info> Free Games Offer
New Status Added in "Instance Status": "Cancelling" and "Failed to Cancel"
